It Appears Like Winter Soldier Actor Has Dropped A Major Avengers 4 Spoiler

The Avengers… the world seems to be talking about Marvel Studios’ newest MCU outing. Last week, the third Avengers movie had released and followed the villain, Thanos as he journeyed across the universe to get his hands on all the Infinity Stones.

It now looks like all the fans have started the countdown for Avengers 4. One of the MCU stars may have given all the fans some new insight into Avengers 4 which might have spoiled a huge plot point.

Spoilers for the movie ahead…

In Avengers: Infinity War, the ending shows us a lot of deaths of our favorite characters. Thanos collected the Time and Mind Stones for completing his gauntlet, and he then uses it to snap out half the universe from existence. Bucky Barnes is the very first person to become ash, and other heroes like Groot, Black Panther, Star-Lord, and Spider-Man then follow.

It seems like Bucky Barnes may actually be returning, and he will not be alone. Actor, Sebastian Stan dropped a tidbit at the Ace Comic Con which seems to hint at his character’s resurrection.

The Winter Soldier actor had revealed that he shot a scene for an Avengers movie with the Ant-Man crew:

“There was one scene, I think, we had where everybody was there,” Stan had said.

“I can’t really talk about that scene, but I knew it took them three months to planning this scene to have everyone there.”

“You look around, and you just saw everyone from Samuel L. Jackson to Michael Douglas to Michelle Pfeiffer. Everybody was there.”

The actor mentions some important actors in his comment, and they have very interesting ties with the Avengers 4 movie. Samuel L. Jackson plays the role of Nick Fury, who was also snapped out of existence by Thanos. When it comes to Michelle Pfeiffer and Michael Douglas, they make up the original Ant-Man and Wasp in the MCU and have given their mantles to Hope Van Dyne and Scott Lang.

Before the release of Avengers: Infinity War, the comment was just a tease, and now there is much more to read into it.

Nick Fury and Bucky Barnes had been snapped to ash with many other heroes and Stan said that the scene he was filming was with Fury and “everybody else” and this implies that these characters are returning. The actor said that Dave Bautista (Drax) and Tom Holland (Spider-Man) were also in this scene.

This scene involves the original Ant-Man and Wasp, and they unite with the fallen heroes. As far as we know, Hank Pym is still alive. The prevailing fan-theory is that he will traverse the Quantum Realm for meeting up with his wife, Janet who is stuck in the dimension.

With all the details available, the fans are speculating as to what Stan’s comment might mean for the Avengers 4 movie.

One theory regarding the heroes who were obliterated by Thano’s snapping has to do with Ant-Man and the Pym Particles. Netizens theorized that the Pym Particles could be used for accessing the Soul World, a dimension within the Soul Stone and it houses the souls of all the people it has killed. If these particles penetrate the Soul World, then Janet and Hank might stumble upon this world in Ant-Man and the Wasp. This entry may set events in motion for resurrecting all the characters who were snapped by Thanos.

There is another way to read into this comment, and this version has to do with Hank and Janet dying. There is a chance that they could be killed in Ant-Man and the Wasp after the MCU heroes rescue Janet from the Quantum Realm. The creation of the Pym Particles may come into play after the souls enter the Soul World, and the fans might want to quickly brush up on Hank’s scientific theories before Avengers 4 releases.

Marvel Studios’ Black Panther is still in theaters, while Avengers: Infinity War hit theaters this weekend. It will be followed by Ant-Man and The Wasp on July 6, 2018, Captain Marvel on March 8, 2019, the fourth Avengers movie on May 3, 2019, the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming on July 5, 2019, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in 2020.
