M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass Is Bringing All His Major Movie Characters Like Avengers, First Footage Description Revealed

Universal has now revealed the very first footage from M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass. This footage had debuted at CinemaCon and, although it has not yet released online, the reactions to the footage has been positive. This studio had revealed a banner for the sequel to Split and Unbreakable, which has Samuel L. Jackson, Bruce Willis, and James McAvoy together as their characters.

Warning: minor spoilers ahead for Glass.

This footage reveals that Sarah Paulson would be playing a psychologist dealing with David Dunn, Kevin Wendell Crumb and Elijah Price, aka Mr. Glass. The video includes many scenes where the characters interact with each another and Dunn tried to stop an apocalyptic event from happening. It was revealed that the characters would be in jail.

There is no word regarding when this studio wants to release the trailer which will serve as a follow up to Split. This film had been set up as a sequel to M. Night Shyamalan’s Unbreakable.

The movie is set to focus on Samuel L. Jackson’s Mr. Glass. The director had called this the “first truly grounded comic book movie.” Jackson had this to say:

“It’s about time I got the title role in my own mother f*****g movie.”

Blumhouse Productions, who has teamed with M. Night Shyamalan on Split and the previous film The Visit, is producing Glass. Split was a huge hit and brought in $278.3 million and was working on a budget of $9 million. This makes it the most successful movies in 2017.

  1. Night Shyamalan, before The Visit and Split, was in director’s jail for a log time after some failures like The Last Airbender, The Happening, and After Earth.

If he does manager to pull of Glass, he can make his way back to greatness. Glass will release on January 18, 2019.
