Poster For Ghostbusters Afterlife Released, Trailer To Release By Monday

We are all now is preparing to call on the Ghostbusters one more time as this comedy franchise is now making a return in 2020 with a new adventure. This will continue the legacy of the first two movies. Ghostbusters: Afterlife has been directed by Jason Reitman, and it seems like Sony is giving all the fans their very first look at the reboot/sequel. Sony had announced that the trailer for the movie would arrive by Monday and the studio had given us a poster.

This poster features the Ecto-1 Ghostbusters car in with some cataclysmic that takes in front. The text on the image reads “Summer 2020”, and this reminds the fans of the release date.

Unlike the recent Ghostbusters reboot, Reitman’s new movie continue the story that had started with the original films, and will also include appearances from the stars. Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, and also, Ernie Hudson will made appearances in Ghostbusters: Afterlife. The new cast consists of Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Paul Rudd, and McKenna Grace.

Paul Rudd’s character, named, Mr.Grooberson, is obsessed with all the events of the very first Ghostbusters film when the marshmallow man had torn all through New York City. This attack that the Ghostbusters had stopped has now come to be called the “Manhattan Crossrip,” and many people believe that this is a myth. Grooberson says that he is “excited to pass on what he knows” to the younger generation.

“I want to make my dad proud, and I want him to be proud of this film,” Reitman had said.

“I want him to be proud of me, but I also want him to be proud of this thing that we’re doing. I’m very aware of the legacy of this movie because I’m a huge fan. I spent summers much like many other young people in the ’80s watching it every day. I’m in love with the movie, and I feel a responsibility in picking it up. Since coming here, I’ve met the Calgary Ghostbusters, I’ve met the Alberta Ghostbusters. I want to make a movie that is true to them, but I’m also hoping to make a movie that makes my father proud and also makes my daughter proud.”

Ghostbusters: Afterlife hits theaters on July 10, 2020.
