What’s next for Marvel? Well it is Disney+
It seems like Disney+ is finally ready to dominate the market of Series and take the reins away from DC.
The question that has been haunting Marvel Universe fans for seemingly forever might just get answered in the upcoming Disney+ series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. And it is going to be nothing short than epic as judged by the first look released by the streaming device during the Superbowl.
One of the plot points every fan in the Marvel fandom was excited about was Falcon’s role as Captain America as the shield was passed on to him by Steve Rogers at the end of Endgame. And we got a bit of peek into it as we see the shield stuck I the tree, maybe because he was training with it.
The series would definitely not start with Falcon in the Captain America role as descriptions of the show have already revealed that he would be using the moniker Falcon.
Accompanying him will be the Winter Soldier aka Bucky Barnes who also shares a connection with Captain America as he was his Best Friend during their military days.
Both of them will reportedly team up for an adventure which will bring them in conflict with US Agent and the villain from Captain America: Civil War, Zemo.

Both Bucky and Sam are important figure in the lore of Captain America as both of them at one point or the other have donned the Captain America suit in the comics.
The first look also had footage from other Marvel shows Wandavision and Loki.
The series will have Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Emily VanCamp and Daniel Brühl in starring roles.
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is expected to be released in late 2020, and will consist of six episodes.
